The place is clean and cozy, located in a beautiful building with friendly staff and a great selection of drinks in the main bar, making for a very comfortable stay.

Nicely appointed hotel with a downstairs bar, everything was immaculate. There were very good sized rooms with good tv and wifi.

The bathroom was luxurious and the room itself very good sized and fully-equipped. The hotel had a peaceful location in the center of Lancaster. A great selection of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars next door to the property...

The breakfast is made with local ingredients and creatively cooked. the room is fully equipped and brand new, with a perfect shower. - the location is perfect, right by the restaurant for the 'Mother's Day' menu and close to major attractions such as the Castle, Priory church, museums, the canal.

Nothing wrong with it, except parking. Public parking facilities extremely overpriced, no alternative possibilities in the immediate vicinity

The staff here are really helpful and provide great service, the place is right in the city center, and there's an art gallery next door.

The location of the hotel at a moderate distance from Williamson Park was really nice. the double room I stayed in had a good shower, which was perfect for me.
